About a minute ago I thought someone was breaking into the apartment and creeping up the stairs to murder me. It’s 10 o’ clock on a Saturday evening and I’ve had the apartment to myself since Thursday night. Not expecting both my roomies to be home until Sunday since both are out of town, my heart hit the panic button and I started freaking out. My first thought was: Why the heck don’t I have a baseball bat or hockey stick under my bed? And the second was: I’m about to call the police and pee my pants.

So I’m literally standing behind my bedroom door, heart pounding, and listening as this person forcefully opens the doors downstairs and then creeps slowly up the stairs. For real  people I thought that this was the end. My cell phone was clutched so tight in my hand I almost broke it and I was trying not to breathe too loud, and I was basically almost crying.

Turns out it was my crazy faced roommate being her usual creep faced self. 

SERIOUSLY!

I just ate half a box of Tagalong girl scout cookies in one sitting…
